GESTION ISO-PRO Inc.

Established for over twenty five years, our company is specialized in General Management of Enterprises, in the Quality management, Manufacturing Management, Environmental Management and the Health and Safety management system. We offer training and coaching and support services to industrial and service companies, with the aim of making organizations more efficient on organizational and operational levels.

The personalized approach put in place with our organizations aims to minimize their risks in the face of the many changes that occur in the internal and external environment in which they interact and to ensure their long-term sustainability.

We are pursuing this goal by making every effort to maintain our reputation based on the quality of services in response to our customers' needs, and within the agreed deadlines, professionalism and respect for the established costs.

 

BASED ON A PRAGMATIC APPROACH, WE OFFER :

Having acted as a member of management teams, I gained a solid experience in business management, in the development and implementation of quality management system, customer service, service after-sales, manufacturing management and finally, personnel management.

After more than ten years in private enterprise I decided, in 1991, I decided to go back to school full-time to attend a training course in Master Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sherbrooke. Meanwhile, I opened my own management consulting firm named "Gestion ISO-PRO Inc. "Located in Thetford Mines. Since then, I have supported and / or accompanied, as a consultant, trainer and coach, over one hundred companies in business Management, in the implementation and training of staff in terms of quality, productivity, manufacturing, environmental management, health and safety and teamwork.
